About Véronique Carignan
With a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in psychoeducation and over a decade of experience in emotional intelligence, leadership, and entrepreneurship, I have built, sold, and invested in multiple companies — from fashion to coaching to tech — generating over $1M across ventures.
I know the reality of leading, creating, and mothering all at once. And I’ve been in every kind of room: the boardrooms, the masterminds, the circles. And I realized most spaces for women fall into two extremes:
too strategic or hierarchic to feel safe and seen, or too unstructured to hold depth.
That’s why I created Femme Arise, from the desire to create something rare:
a world where powerful women meet as equals — with structure, intention, softness, and depth. A place where presence becomes the standard, and sisterhood becomes a way of rising.
